Petrocontracts International, Dubai has appointed Rahul Kaura as Commercial Manager who brings with him over 23 years of experience working in Contracts, Subcontracts and Commercial Management positions in the sector of Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Power Plants, Fertilizer Plants, and Infrastructure. His last assignment was with Technip Energies India Ltd as Chief Manager – Contracts Management. Rahul holds the degree of Master of Science in Quantity Surveying from University of Salford, UK.
