Recruitment Consultant

Join Our Growing International Team

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with approximately 2–5 years’ recruitment experience to join our growing international team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage recruitment assignments from initial client engagement through to successful placement while contributing to business development and client growth initiatives.

We welcome candidates with strong recruitment delivery experience who also have exposure to business development, client relationship management, or account growth. Equally, we encourage commercially minded recruiters who are keen to further develop both their delivery and business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to successful placement.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting, and internal databases.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across specialist markets.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and recruitment documentation.

Client & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support business development activities through networking, market mapping, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
• Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, recruitment strategies, and market trends.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and management to support business growth initiatives.

Performance

• Achieve individual and team recruitment objectives.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the recruitment team.
